"Improving with system" – The goal development program (ZEP) at Christian Koenen goes into the next phase in accordance with this guiding principle. The annually reset program for the strategic support of the service excellence places the customer at the centre of the action, and with outstanding products and services aims to inspire and further expand the current market position.
The Autumn Workshop for the management staff held each year in October kicks off the proceedings. Realistic objectives for the coming year as well as concrete measures are defined and their continuous implementation is planned. The ZEP connects seamlessly to the jointly formulated mission statement, which is defined in ten areas, how management and employees want to act internally and externally.
A project example from the recent past represents the introduction of a process planning system in the production of precision screens in the clean room. The digitisation of the flow of information thereby realised leads to a sustained improvement and acceleration of the quality processes.
In the sense of Quick Response Manufacturing (multi-variant individual production with short delivery times) in the coming year a similar system for precision stencils should emerge. The goal: despite rising quantities and more complex requirements, including three-dimensional processing, realising constant short delivery times and maintaining the consulting service at the usual high level.
"For us the ZEP is a central competitive factor and effective control instrument for the continuous development of our management staff, such as in the area of project management", emphasised Managing Director Michael Brianda. "I am very impressed with our ZEP Workshop. The proactive teamwork and the creative suggestions bring us closer to our goal, to not only support our customers, but rather to inspire them."
