Our clean room guarantees stable and reproducible production conditions in a strictly controlled environment. This enables the production of precision screens for technical printing that meet the highest standards of quality, data security, traceability and cleanliness.

What are the advantages of screen production in a clean room?

Constant production climate: Stably monitored temperature and humidity values have a direct positive effect on the quality of our high-precision screens - an advantage that is particularly appreciated by industrial customers.
In-house photoplotter: Our in-house photoplotter, with a resolution of up to 64,000 dpi, enables special applications, ensures maximum precision, allows fast processing and data security thanks to complete in-house production.
PPS & efficiency: Our PPS system (production planning and control system) stores all relevant production data and tolerances (screen tension, mesh thickness, etc.). The unique labels on the frames allow traceability internally and externally.
High-precision measuring processes in the clean room ensure the quality of our precision screens: The 3D coordinate measuring machine measures with ± 1 µm accuracy, the digital layer thickness measuring device with ± 0.5 µm, and the electronic screen tension measuring device records fabric tensions from 0.1 to 75 N/cm. A high-resolution stereo microscope also enables the digital measurement of all structures. The different measuring methods guarantee maximum accuracy in order to increase efficiency and ensure quality.
