The Christian Koenen GmbH – HighTech Stencils – is specialized in
the manufacture of highly precise metal stencils for technical printing.
Through innovative products, latest production techniques and a customer-
orientated service concept, the company has become the technological
leading stencil manufacturer within just a few years.
Innovative Service Concept
In the fully air-conditioned production, presently 2,000 stencils per month are
manufactured for the Wafer, LTCC and SMD technique on seven highly modern
cutting lasers, among them two LPKF MicroCut II. To verify the product quality
there are extensive measuring and quality assurance techniques available.
The works is certified according to ISO 9001-2008. The customer
support takes place according to an innovative service concept.

14 customer consultants ensure for an individual CAD/CAM service and
a comprehensive process consultation. A portfolio of selected products,
comprehensive process consultation, special procedures, precise stepped
stencils and services such as the 6-hour production service, the electropolishing
process, delf mounting systems of leading manufacturers, storage systems
and the company’s own SMD-cleaner series cleanteCK complete the offer.
