Measurement and Testing Technology
With increasing miniaturization of components and more and more mixed components on the assemblies, analogously precision requirements increase.
The following measurement and testing devices contribute to quality assurance and quality control.
3D Coordinate Measuring System
This machine measures the positions and pass of the apertures on the stencil fully automatically over an active measurement area of up to 700 mm x 700 mm.
100% control: The scanning and measuring system compares the apertures with the CAD data. Defective, missing or faulty breakthroughs as well as measurement deviations, positional imprecisions and contaminations are detected. The stencil will undergo further production steps only if the result of the comparison is 100 %.
Optical Measuring Microscope
Sizes and geometries of the apertures are measured at up to 1000× magnification.
For measuring stencil and step thicknesses.
Pad sizes and geometries on the stencil are precisely measured using reference apertures, and so is the conical aperture angle of the breakthroughs (taper).
